Our story

CSLB-Licensed and Based on Limonite Avenue, Jurupa Valley

SkyVale Jurupa Valley Concrete was set up in 2025 by a concrete foreman with 12 years on Inland Empire crews, and works out of Limonite Avenue. Houses, yards and small commercial slabs, from Rubidoux and Glen Avon out to Norco, Eastvale and Redlands.

Patios, driveways, slab foundations, retaining walls and stamped work, for a city that was nine separate communities until 2011, so no two neighborhoods here were built to one standard. What we build is guaranteed in writing.

The business is licensed C-8 for concrete by the California Contractors State License Board, and liability insurance is in force on every job. Building & Safety on Limonite Avenue issues the building permit and Public Works the encroachment permit, and we lodge whatever the job calls for. Every estimate is measured and written on site.

Daniel Reyes started on a Riverside flatwork crew in 2013 and spent 12 years pouring driveways, patios and slabs across the Inland Empire before founding SkyVale Jurupa Valley Concrete in 2025. The lesson every crew learns the hard way came that first summer. A slab is only as good as the base under it, and a pour that starts late cracks by October.

Since then the jobs have run from a single-car driveway in Glen Avon to a 1,200 square foot ADU slab in Mira Loma, across 4 counties and the 16 services on this site. Based in Jurupa Valley, Working Across the Inland Empire

The office is at 6420 Limonite Avenue in Jurupa Valley, a unit in the row between Pedley and Mira Loma, and the crew lives in Pedley, Glen Avon and Rubidoux. There is no franchise behind the name and no call center in front of it. The number on this page rings a phone in the truck.

Most calls come from within 10 miles of the office. Riverside, 6 miles east, is the 1920s and 1950s housing of the Wood Streets and Arlington, where old driveways sit on no base. Eastvale and Norco, 5 miles west, are newer tracts and horse lots that want a patio or an RV pad. Fontana, 10 miles north, is 1980s tracts with garage floors that have settled.

The permits are pulled at the City of Jurupa Valley Building and Safety Division a mile up Limonite Avenue, and the same city inspectors sign off the footings on every foundation we pour.
